THE BLACK CAT'S EYE – das sind gleißende Fuzz-, Bass- und Drumriffs, ineinander verwobene Akkord-Pickings und im Blues verwurzelte Leadgitarren – mal schreiend, singend oder rau. Und über allem schweben hymnische Instrumental- und Gesangsmelodien.

Mit ihrem Musikstil knüpft die Band, die 2018 in Frankfurt am Main gegründet wurde, direkt an die 60er und 70er Jahre an – die große Ära des Psychedelic Rock. Dementsprechend experimentierfreudig geht das fünfköpfige Musiker-Kollektiv auch an die Songs heran. Das Ergebnis sind Klangwelten, in die man regelrecht eintauchen kann. Zeit spielt dabei keine Rolle mehr, weshalb ein Stück auch schon mal 13 Minuten dauern kann.

With their musical style, the band, founded in Frankfurt am Main/Germany in 2018, is directly linked to the '60s and '70s – the great era of psychedelic rock. In this way, the five-member musician collective approaches their songs with a keen sense of experimentation. The result is a world of sound lands into which you can completely immerse yourself. Time plays no role here, which is why a single piece can last 13 minutes.
